Throughout his career, Roberto has worked across Europe and beyond, developing an extensive understanding of international cuisine, refined hospitality and personalised guest service.
His professional journey includes experience in Italy, France, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Spain and other international destinations.
During his years in London, Roberto developed his expertise in prestigious corporate dining environments, providing refined culinary and butler services to distinguished international clients.
His experience also extends to the luxury yachting industry, including his role as Head Chef aboard the Wally 80 sailing yacht Rose during prestigious Mediterranean regattas.
Today, Roberto specialises in exclusive private chef experiences for luxury villas, private residences and yachts.
Working between Tenerife and Sardinia, he brings his international expertise to the beautiful Costa Smeralda during the Mediterranean season.
